 What is ISDN?

 ISDN is the Integrated Services Digital Network. It enables information to be rapidly transmitted and received over a digital telephone line. 

What are the benefits of ISDN? 

1. Speed

ISDN enables data and images to be transferred much faster than before, especially when time is critical. Using ISDN therefore moves data at 64kbs, which is faster than using a modem. 

2. Accuracy

ISDN transmits information virtually error free, so mistakes and delays are non-existent.
